Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: First Pic of Stephen Amell as Casey Jones

     I'm still torn about the new TMNT reboot.  It isn't the worst of the franchise's films, but it's still a far cry from the best.  In fact, I'm under that exact feeling with the first official pic of Stephen Amell as Casey Jones for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2.

     He looks to have been updated pretty well, except for the mask. The mask imply looks way too large.  Its odd and has a decent look, and appears to offer some actual protection for his ears.  The creepy malformed face look could do well for the character.  And I have to ask, why did they get rid of the scraggly longer hair?  He seems a bit too clean-cut here.

     The best part of this picture is actually the fact he's holding an Eastman hockey stick!

     Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 is set to be released June 3rd, 2016.
